Here’s the Orange County California November 2019 Monthly Market Report. Of note: Active Listings (inventory) are down 29.1%. Median Price for all price ranges and types increased 3.4% to $822,000, with sales increasing 6.9% year-over-year.
However, for Irvine, the Median Price declined 5.6% to $1,130,000. For Newport Beach, the Median Price declined 15.8%. As always, real estate is local: some communities do better than others, but the fact we are experiencing some depreciation is something to take serious note of.
