New additions to Orchard Hills:
Toll Brothers is building 223 semi-custom luxury homes in the Alta Vista and Bella Vista tracts. Additionally, Tri Pointe Homes is building 135 homes in the Varenna development.
All the above will be in The Groves, which is a gated area of Orchard Hills.
